Emma Brown is the first full-time employee of the Young Professionals Association of Louisville. As Partnership Relations Manager, Emma plans, organizes, and directs all ongoing and special project funding and partnership programs for YPAL. She represents the organization and clearly communicates its mission to the community.

Additionally, Emma collaborates with the Board of Directors to develop and implement events and membership programming that has a high level of return to our members, partners and community.

Emma has been an associate with the JYB3 Group since 2008 and will continue in this capacity but on a more limited basis.

Emma has been a member of YPAL since 2009, and served as Director of Public Issues before becoming YPAL’s first full-time employee.
